## Coverage
- Nationwide U.S. city coverage in active build-out. Live block-level ingestion rolls out city-by-city as each PD's open-data feed is onboarded. Cities without a live PD feed fall back to FBI UCR + NIBRS at the ORI level.
- State-level breadth is weighted to population — larger states carry more covered cities than smaller states, matched to U.S. Census counts.
